With more than two decades of experience in the software engineering space, Roshan brings hands-on knowledge of applying innovative and latest technologies to solving business problems. His software engineering experience ranges from managing projects with some of the major players in the steel industry to streamlining processes at the Federal Reserve Bank in Detroit. Roshan is a regular speaker at conferences like Warranty Chain Management and Automotive Warranty Management. 

Roshan holds a Master’s in Business and a Master’s in Information Systems (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Detroit, MI, and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering. His paper on “The Cost of CMM deployment in a conventional IT organization” has been published in the Review of Business Information Systems.
