President & Chief Risk Officer - OnPoint Rob has spent 25 years in the Warranty Industry working for a variety of companies including GE, Harbor Freight Tools, and Sears. He was also a founding partner of Service Net Solutions which is now AIG Warranty. Rob holds a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from the University of North Carolina.
