To understand my training philosophy, I wanted to provide a little background. I have been involved in retail sales and customer service since I was in High School. I’ve held several sales and management positions which ensures I teach what works and with a theater background, another dimension to any training I do. I believe every training, whether live or on video, is a performance. I want my audience to be entertained while they are learning. The more engaged they are, the more likely they will remember what is being taught. I am not an Academic with a wall of degrees. I am someone who has been there and can connect with people in a sincere and fun way.
Over a 30-year career I have specialized in live training seminars, commercial training videos and virtual training for retail, manufacturing, and call centers.
