In the first session we cast our vision into the future to re-imagine the role of WCM in a customer-centric connected ecosystem – The Art of Possible for WCM. But a vision can often clash with the harsh limitations of the here-and-now pressures, and responsibilities, of WCM, resulting in a seemingly impossible gap to overcome. And the vision remains a vision. But a well-articulated vision is essential to define a North Star for the organization. It helps ensure that every improvement initiative we undertake, whether incremental or radical, is moving us in the right direction. In this session we will look at how to create a pragmatic, yet responsive and agile roadmap towards a re-imagined, efficient WCM in a customer-centric connected ecosystem. Such a roadmap is even more critical when you have to add new capabilities, and bring along new partners, and sometimes even customers, to share in your vision and accompany you on the journey.
