Technology and insuretech companies are changing some of the paradigms on program designs and the traditional differentiation between consumer and commercial programs. One example of this is when consumer products are covered but as part of a group program or subscription service that provides other benefits or services. This session will explore the changing dynamic between technology companies and the warranty industry.
