Location of Exhibits

The Exhibitors’ Hall will be located in the Heroes Ballroom of The Florida Hotel & Conference Center.

Exhibiting Times

The specific exhibiting times are during breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks and of course the networking cocktail events. However, the Exhibitors’ Hall will be open during the following times:

Tuesday, March 6th     7:00pm – 9:00pm
Wednesday, March 7th    7:00am – 7:30pm
Thursday, March 8th    7:00am – 4:30pm

Set-up & Tear-down Times

Exhibit set-up is scheduled for Tuesday, March 6th 2012 at 12:00pm – 5:00pm, with the Evening Welcome Reception commencing in the Exhibitor’s Hall at 7:00pm. Tear-down must be completed on Thursday, March 8th 2012 by 5:00pm.
